here we are with the calendar of the third edition of Summer Yoga
Here we are with the calendar of the third edition of Summer Yoga in Santa Teresa Gallura!
This year Aynat Association in collaboration with Cool Tours offers, in addition to the now usual appointment for early risers with Yoga on the Tower, also other events by reservation:
- Sunset Tower on Yoga, the practice of Yoga at sunset
- Guided tour of the archaeological site of Lu Brandali + awareness practices, breathing and meditation at the Tomb of the Giants
- Laboratories of YogaBimbi Lu Brandali, children aged 5 to 12 years
